The Requests inbox
Every new job inquiry in one place, from your website, online booking, the Client Hub or a phone call, and how to turn it into a quote.
Requests is where new work lands. Handle each one in three steps: link the customer, book an on-site assessment if you need one, then turn it into a quote.
Where requests come from
The Source column shows how each one arrived:
- Website: someone filled in the form on your website. See Website leads.
- Online booking: someone booked a time on your booking page. See Online booking.
- Client Hub: an existing customer asked for more work from their private page. See Client Hub.
- Phone, Email, In person, Referral or Other: requests you add yourself.
When a request comes in from your website or the Client Hub, you get a push notification in the app (Pro). Website requests are also emailed to the business email in Settings → Branding.
Add a request yourself
Took a call? Log it so nothing slips.
- Go to Work → Requests and click New request.
- Pick an Existing customer, or type a Name, Phone and Email.
- Choose how it Came in by.
- Add the Service address, What do they need?, Details and the Best time to come by.

In the app, go to More → Requests and tap +.
Work a request
Click a request to open it.
- Customer: click Create customer. If someone with the same email is already a customer, the request is linked to them instead of making a duplicate.
- On-site assessment (optional): pick a day and time and who's going, then click Book assessment. It goes on your schedule. Leave the day blank and click Add unscheduled to schedule it later.
- Proposal: click Create proposal. A draft quote opens for that customer, titled with the service and with their message as the scope of work.
Use Internal notes for anything your team should know. Only your team sees them.
In the app, open a request and tap Turn into a quote.
