What the app alerts you about, and how to turn notifications on or off.
Included on the Pro plan and up. Compare plans
On Pro and Growth, the app sends alerts to your iPhone or iPad when something happens that needs you. Tap a notification to open that job, request or quote in the app.
What you're notified about
Owners get these:
| Notification | When |
|---|---|
| Quote signed | A customer signs a quote online. |
| Payment received | A customer pays online. |
| New request from your website | Someone fills in your website's contact form. |
| New request from Client Hub | A customer asks for work from their Client Hub page. |
| New online booking | A customer books a time online. The team member booked also gets it. |
Anyone on the team gets this one:
| Notification | When |
|---|---|
| New visit assigned | Someone puts you on a visit. You don't get it for visits you assign to yourself. |
Turn notifications on
The first time you sign in, the app asks to send notifications. Tap Allow.
If you tapped Don't Allow, or want to change it later:
- Open the iPhone Settings app.
- Tap Notifications, then Hello to Paid.
- Turn on Allow Notifications. You can also choose banners, sounds and badges here.
Turn notifications off
Follow the same steps and turn off Allow Notifications. You can switch them back on at any time.
Not getting notifications?
- Check your plan includes push notifications. See Plans and features.
- Check Settings → Notifications → Hello to Paid on your phone.
- Make sure you're signed in to the app on that phone. Notifications go to every phone where you're signed in.
- Signing out stops notifications on that phone.
Heads up: Only people with the Owner role get the owner notifications above. Office staff don't get them.
