Add your business details
Set your company name, colors, logo, phone, email, address and time zone so your quotes, invoices and website look like you.
Your business details live in Settings → Branding. You need a role with Business settings (Owners have it).
Update your branding
- Open Settings → Branding.
- Check your Company name. Customers see it on quotes, invoices and emails.
- Set your Primary color and Accent color.
- Under Logo, click Upload logo and pick the image (PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF or SVG, up to 15 MB). A preview shows beside the button. If your logo is already online, you can paste its address in Or paste a logo URL instead.
- Enter your business Phone and Email.
- Enter your Business address. Start typing and pick your address from the suggestions to fill in the city, state and ZIP, or type them yourself.
- Pick your Time zone.
- Click Save.
Why the time zone matters
Online booking times, appointment reminders and other automatic emails use your time zone. Reminders go out between 9am and 6pm your time, and "tomorrow" means tomorrow where you are. It starts as Eastern; change it if you work elsewhere.
Why the email matters
The Email you enter here does two jobs:
- When a customer signs a quote, we email you at this address. If it's blank, you won't get that email.
- Replies to invoice, reminder and booking emails your customers get go to this address. If it's blank, they go to the Owner's sign-in email.
Use an inbox someone actually checks.
Your website has its own colors
Your website starts with your brand colors. After that it keeps its own colors, so changing them in Branding won't change the site. To match them, go to Website, click Use brand colors under Theme (or set Primary and Accent yourself), then click Publish. Your address and phone show in your website's contact section. See Edit your website.
