Sign up in about a minute, start your 14-day free trial with no card, and run the three-step setup.
Go to app.hellotopaid.com/signup. Your 14-day free trial starts right away, and you don't need a card.
Sign up
- Enter your Business name.
- Pick your trade: Garage doors, Fencing, HVAC, Landscaping, Solar, or General contracting / other.
- Enter your first and last name, your email address and a password (at least 8 characters).
- Click Create account.
You're signed in as the account Owner. The email and password you used are what you'll sign in with on the web and in the app.
Tip: Each email address can belong to only one account. If you see "An account with that email already exists", sign in instead, or use Forgot your password?
The three-step setup
Right after signing up, a short setup walks you through the basics. You can click Skip setup at any time and come back to each part later.
- Pick your brand color. Choose a Primary and an Accent color, then click Save & continue. These color your quotes and website.
- Your website is ready. We build a starter website for your trade, with services, a "Get a free quote" button and a contact form. Edit the Headline and Tagline, then click Publish my website, or Skip for now.
- Create your first proposal. Give it a title and click Create proposal, then Open my proposal to start adding prices. Or click Skip & finish.
