The Hello to Paid app for iPhone and iPad is in early access. Here's how to get an invitation and sign in.
The Hello to Paid app for iPhone and iPad is in early access. It isn't on the public App Store yet. We send it through Apple's TestFlight app instead.
Get an invitation
Email support@hellotopaid.com or use the contact form. Tell us the email address of each person who needs the app. We'll send each one an invitation.
Install it
- On the iPhone or iPad, open the invitation email from TestFlight.
- Install Apple's TestFlight app from the App Store if you don't have it.
- Follow the link in the email to install Hello to Paid from TestFlight.
- Open Hello to Paid.
Sign in
Use the same email and password you use on the web at app.hellotopaid.com. There's no separate app account.
Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen.
What's in the app
- Today, Schedule, Quotes and Customers tabs, and More for jobs, invoices, timesheets and your account.
- Crews see their own visits, clock in and out, and add photos and notes.
- Owners and office staff can build quotes and get them signed in person.
The app is included on every plan. Some parts, like the route map, push notifications and offline mode, depend on your plan. See Plans and features.
