The app for crews

See your visits, clock in, get directions, tick off the checklist, add notes and photos, and finish the job.

The app puts a crew member's day in one place: where to go, what to do, and a clock that tracks their time. This is what someone with the Crew role sees. Owners and office staff see the same screens plus more.

Today

Today opens first. It shows:

  • The clock card. Tap Clock in and choose General work, Driving or Shop / office. Tap Clock out when you're done.
  • Your visits today, in time order. Tap one to open it.
  • Map to see today's stops on a map (Pro plan). See Route map.

The Schedule tab shows your visits for the week. Tap a day to see its visits; use the arrows to change weeks.

Work a visit

Open a visit. From top to bottom:

  1. Directions, Call and Text the customer. Directions opens Apple Maps.
  2. On my way emails your customer that you're coming, with an arrival time. If there's no email for them, tap Text instead.
  3. Start · clock in starts your clock on this job.
  4. Read the Instructions from the office.
  5. Tick off the Checklist as you go.
  6. Type Visit notes: what was done, parts used, anything for the office. Tap Save notes.
  7. Add Photos: tap Add photo, then Take photo or Choose from library. Before and after shots help.
  8. Tap Mark visit complete when you're finished. This also stops your clock if it was on this visit.

Tapped complete by mistake? Tap Reopen visit.

What crew can't do

  • Reschedule or reassign a visit. Ask the office.

  • See other people's time. Your own hours are in More → Timesheets.

Other things in More

  • Timesheets: your hours this week. Tap + to add time you forgot to clock.
  • Expenses: log a receipt (Pro plan). See Log expenses and receipts.
  • Jobs and Requests.
  • Account: change your name, email or password.
Tip: No signal at the job? On the Growth plan the app keeps working and syncs later. See Working offline.
