The app for owners and the office

Build and edit quotes, get them signed on the spot, manage customers, invoices, your team and catalog, and add the Today widget.

Owners and office staff get the whole business in the app, not just the day's visits. What you see depends on your role; see Roles and permissions.

Today

Along with your clock and visits, Today shows Owed to you, New requests, Quotes out and Paid this month. Tap the first two to open the list. Switch Mine / Everyone to see the whole team's visits.

Quotes

The Quotes tab lists your quotes.

  • Tap + for a New quote: start with Blank quote or pick a template under Start from a template.
  • Open a draft or sent quote and tap Edit quote (or Edit sent quote). Add line items, Add from catalog, set the tax rate and deposit.
  • On Pro and Growth, add Add choices (customer picks one) and Add optional items (customer can add). See Choices and optional items.
  • Tap Email to send it, or Get link / Share link to text it yourself.
  • Tap Sign now in person to have your customer sign on your phone or iPad. See E-signatures and signing in person.
  • Once signed, tap Create job. See Turn a signed quote into a job.

Customers

The Customers tab lists everyone. Open a customer to see their jobs, quotes, invoices and requests, what they've paid and what they owe, and to start a New quote for them. Add or edit a customer with Contact, Service address and Notes. On Pro and Growth, the street field suggests addresses as you type.

Jobs, invoices and requests

Under More:

  • Jobs: open a job to see its visits. The … menu has Add visit and Mark job complete. Tap Create invoice when the work is done.
  • Invoices: filter by Unpaid, Overdue, Paid or All. Open one to send it, share its link or Record a payment.
  • Requests: new work from your website, bookings and calls.

Team and catalog

  • Team & roles: add people, change roles, turn off Can sign in, or Remove from team. See Add and remove people.
  • Product catalog: add and edit your saved items and prices. See Product catalog.

Plans, billing, the website and settings are managed on the web.

Add the Today widget

The Today widget shows your next visits and, if you can see money, what you've collected this month.

  1. Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen until the apps jiggle.
  2. Tap Edit (or +), then Add Widget.
  3. Search for Hello to Paid, pick a size and tap Add Widget.

It also fits on your Lock Screen: touch and hold the Lock Screen, tap Customize, then Lock Screen, and add it from the widget list.

Tip: On iPad, lists and details sit side by side, and the Schedule shows the whole week at once.
