Product catalog

Your catalog is your price list. Save a product or service once, then drop it into any quote instead of typing it again.

Add items on the web

1. Go to Work → Catalog.
2. Click Add product.
3. Enter a Name, an optional Description, the Price and the Unit (each, hr, lin ft, sq ft and so on).
4. Optionally set Type to Material or Labor.
5. Click OK.

To change an item, click the pencil. To remove it, click the trash can. Quotes that already use an item keep their own copy, so changing or removing it never changes a quote you've sent.

Save a line from a quote

Typed a line on a quote that you'll use again?

1. Make sure the line has a name and price.
2. Click the bookmark icon (Save to catalog) on that line.

Add catalog items to a quote

1. Open the quote in Work → Proposals.
2. Click Add from catalog under Base scope, under a choice, or under an optional items group.
3. Search, then tick one or more items.
4. Click Add. Each item comes in with quantity 1 at its saved price. Change the quantity or price on the quote if needed.

Items added to an optional items group each become an add-on your customer can tick. See Choices and optional items.

Use the catalog in the app

• To manage it, go to More → Product catalog. Tap + to add an item, or tap an item to edit it. Delete from catalog is at the bottom of the edit screen.
• On a quote, tap Edit, then Add from catalog. Inside choices or optional items, tap Add a choice from catalog or Add optional item from catalog.
